TrueReach Chrome Extension

Capture people from LinkedIn into the TrueReach CRM without leaving the profile or search result you are reviewing. The extension reads the hovered LinkedIn profile, fills first name, last name, job title, and LinkedIn URL, preselects the best matching CRM company, and creates the contact under that company tree. On LinkedIn company pages, it can select the company first while it waits for a person profile.

Captures the person

Reads the hovered LinkedIn profile card or open profile page and extracts first name, last name, job title, and profile URL.

Suggests the company

Matches the LinkedIn company name, company URL, job title, and domain clues against companies already in the CRM.

Sends to the CRM

Creates the person as a TrueReach contact under the selected company tree and skips duplicates with the same LinkedIn URL.

How to Use It

  1. Open LinkedIn and hover a person card in search, a list, or another LinkedIn surface. You can also open the person's profile page.
  2. Click the TrueReach extension in Chrome.
  3. Sign in to TrueReach the first time you use it.
  4. Confirm that first name, last name, job title, LinkedIn profile, and the suggested CRM company are filled in. If auto-capture misses, paste or edit the LinkedIn profile URL in the popup.
  5. Accept the selected CRM company or search for a different company in the extension.
  6. Click Send to CRM. The contact is added under the selected company tree.

Keyboard shortcut: use Command + Shift + Y on macOS, or Ctrl + Shift + Y elsewhere, to send the hovered person to the top suggested company.

Install the Extension

  1. Download the extension zip from this page.
  2. Unzip it on your computer.
  3. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome.
  4. Turn on Developer mode.
  5. Click Load unpacked.
  6. Select the unzipped chrome-extension folder.
  7. Reload existing LinkedIn tabs after updating the extension.

Notes

Can I override the company?

Yes. The popup shows suggested CRM companies and includes search, so you can choose a different company before sending.

What if the contact already exists?

TrueReach checks the selected company's contacts for the same LinkedIn profile URL and returns the existing contact instead of creating a duplicate.

What data is sent?

The extension sends the person name, job title, LinkedIn profile URL, and chosen CRM company to TrueReach.

Where does it work?

It is designed for LinkedIn profile cards, profile pages, and company pages with person links. The popup footer should show Extension v0.1.13 after updating.
